Colorful French Themed Girls Room

Ooh la la! This french themed bedroom by Bdifferent is absolutely gorgeous. The designer combined seafoam green, olive green, and different shades of pink, and they all came together beautifully. Notice how many different textures there are in the room; the canopy is made of tulle, the chair is tufted, and the hot pink accent pillow is ruffled.
Also notice the the myriad of patterns in the room. There are stripes on the wall, a satin flower pattern on the chair, and stripes, diamonds, paisley, and zebra in the bedding.
When creating a pink bedroom, you cannot be afraid to experiment with different textures, patterns, and shades. Playing it safe is fine, but it won’t get you a room like this.
Unfortunately, the Paris themed bedding is no longer available. I searched all over the internet and finally found that it was originally sold by Bombay Kids. Some people have been able to find pieces on ebay.
In the meantime, I will be on the lookout for French and Paris-themed decor such as this From Paris With Love pillow cover. As I find them I will add them to the site so stay tuned.
